About the role
Reporting to the Head of Finance – Commercial, you will play a key role in partnering with Supply Chain leadership to deliver commercial insights, drive performance, and support strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering insightful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Supporting investment decision-making through robust financial modelling
- Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement across processes, systems, and reporting
- Supporting a broader supply chain transformation and strategy execution
You are a commercially astute finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.
You will bring:
- CA/CPA qualification
- Proven experience in commercial finance/business partnering roles
- Prior exposure to supply chain or operations (essential)
- Retail or FMCG experience (highly regarded)
- Strong financial modelling and data analysis capability
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and systems (Power BI/SAP advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
