This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a high-calibre finance team, working closely with the Supply Chain function during an exciting period of strategic change.

About the role
Reporting to the Head of Finance – Commercial, you will play a key role in partnering with Supply Chain leadership to deliver commercial insights, drive performance, and support strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering insightful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions
  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Supporting investment decision-making through robust financial modelling
  • Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Driving continuous improvement across processes, systems, and reporting
  • Supporting a broader supply chain transformation and strategy execution
About you
You are a commercially astute finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.
You will bring:
  • CA/CPA qualification
  • Proven experience in commercial finance/business partnering roles
  • Prior exposure to supply chain or operations (essential)
  • Retail or FMCG experience (highly regarded)
  • Strong financial modelling and data analysis capability
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets and systems (Power BI/SAP advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a continuous improvement lens
