With continued investment and growth across its operations, they are seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to play a key role in supporting business performance, governance, and strategic decision-making.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to build their experience as a Finance Manager. Reporting to senior finance leadership, you'll gain exposure across financial reporting, planning & analysis, business partnering and project finance, while working closely with operational stakeholders to drive performance and support strategic decision-making.
The role offers significant breadth, combining technical finance, commercial support and leadership responsibilities within a complex and evolving business environment.
What You'll Do
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities
• Partner with operational teams to provide commercial insights and decision support
• Monitor operating expenditure, capital projects, and cash flow performance
• Deliver detailed variance analysis and management reporting
• Support executive decision-making through financial analysis and recommendations
• Drive process improvement initiatives across finance and operations
• Strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks
• Oversee project accounting, asset reporting, and cost allocations
• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the finance team
What We're Looking For
• CA or CPA qualified
• Experience in financial reporting, management accounting, FP&A or commercial finance
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis capability
• Exposure to asset-intensive industries such as infrastructure, logistics, mining, manufacturing, energy or construction is advantageous
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Ambitious and commercially minded professional looking to step into a broader leadership role
