We have a newly created opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager who enjoys the challenges of a fast-growing, medium sized business. Working closely with and reporting into the CEO, you will be responsible for all financial and commercial analysis to ensure the effective management of financial resources.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Produce all financial and operational reports (weekly, monthly and quarterly) for management and key operational stakeholders
- Present monthly commentary and commercial insights to the board
- Risk management, implementing and controlling robust financial and operational controls and ensuring satisfactory and timely completion of external audits.
- Drive and take ownership over the budgeting & forecasting process
- Management of accounts payable, receivable and payroll processing
This dynamic environment requires an energetic and experienced finance leader who can partner with the leadership team to help drive better business outcomes. With a strong technical accounting understanding combined with strong commercial acumen, you will be a strong influencer, negotiator and problem solver with demonstrated success driving strategic outcomes. With excellent communication and presentation capabilities you will be comfortable presenting critical information to senior executives and to the board.
