Key responsibilities 
  • Leading month-end reporting, including preparation and review of management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis;
  • Delivering insightful variance analysis and performance reporting to support commercial decision-making;
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls and financial policies;
  • Supporting statutory reporting requirements and coordinating external audit activities;
  • Developing financial models and providing ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives;
  • Assist budgeting, forecasting and cash flow processes in partnership with operational stakeholders;
  • Driving process improvement across finance systems, reporting and controls; and
  • Partnering with senior leaders across the business to improve financial performance and accountability.
  • oversight of AR/AP 
Candidate 
CPA qualified, you will ideally bring experience within the not-for-profit sector, coupled with industry experience in a commercially focused finance role. You will possess strong technical accounting capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
