This opportunity presents a unique opportunity to lead several key projects in change management and process improvement across a number of transactional finance areas.
The Role:
Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for the following:
- Work effectively to support the Finance Director and be a leader to your team;
- Consult with the business to effectively design and streamline transactional finance processes within the organisation;
- Develop, lead and execute a number of finance projects within the transactional and shared service functions;
- Work with key stakeholders across the business to ensure project deliverables and outcomes are met;
- Manage the Accounts Payable function to ensure the Accounts Payable systems are optimally supporting the business; and
- Effectively design and streamline a number of Accounts Payable processes.
As the successful Finance Manager you will be either CA/CPA qualified. Ideally you will have a background in managing transactional finance teams with experience also being a project lead in several projects in change management, best practices, developing KPI's. Critical to this role is your ability to build effective relationships among your team and with the wider business.
