Position Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager and senior leadership team, this role provides financial and administrative support across the organisation with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Weekly reconciliation of bank accounts and cashflow management
  • Processing payment runs and managing recurring business payments
  • Preparing journals, prepayments, and month-end reconciliations
  • Managing supplier payments and supporting international transactions
  • Monitoring foreign currency accounts and updating pricing information
  • Reviewing financial data and investigating discrepancies
  • Maintaining asset registers and financial records
  • Assisting with management reporting, budgeting, and profit and loss reporting
  • Preparing BAS and IAS documentation
  • Supporting month-end and end-of-year financial processes
  • Managing compliance documentation and business records
  • Assisting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions as required
  • Supporting inventory-related administration and reporting
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives and business projects
  • Providing administrative support to the wider finance team and senior stakeholders
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar Finance Officer, Finance Administrator, Bookkeeper, or Accounts role, along with:
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with bank reconciliations, journals, and month-end processes
  • Understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
