Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end close, journals, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support financial reporting and analysis across the business
- Maintain oversight of key balance sheet accounts and accounting schedules
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide insights to support business performance and decision-making
- Assist with process improvements and internal controls
- Support wider finance initiatives and ad hoc projects
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting
- Confident working with stakeholders across finance and the wider business
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to contribute in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment is essential with exposure to inventory and stocktakes
