We’re partnering with a well-established and growing organisation in North Sydney that is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join their high-performing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into meaningful commercial insights and wants exposure to strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, you’ll play a key role across budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business partnering, working with stakeholders across the organisation to help drive performance and support business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Deliver monthly reporting, analysis and performance insights
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions
  • Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities and risks
  • Partner closely with operational leaders and senior stakeholders
  • Assist with board and executive reporting packs
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives across reporting and systems
About You

You’ll be someone who enjoys working in a commercially focused environment and can confidently communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.

You will ideally bring:
  • 3–6 years’ experience within FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis
  • CA/CPA qualification (or currently studying)
  • Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capability
  • Experience using ERP systems and reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • A proactive and collaborative approach
