We’re partnering with a well-established and growing organisation in North Sydney that is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join their high-performing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into meaningful commercial insights and wants exposure to strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, you’ll play a key role across budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business partnering, working with stakeholders across the organisation to help drive performance and support business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Deliver monthly reporting, analysis and performance insights
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions
- Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities and risks
- Partner closely with operational leaders and senior stakeholders
- Assist with board and executive reporting packs
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives across reporting and systems
You’ll be someone who enjoys working in a commercially focused environment and can confidently communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
You will ideally bring:
- 3–6 years’ experience within FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis
- CA/CPA qualification (or currently studying)
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capability
- Experience using ERP systems and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
