With their headquarters based in Melbourne's north, an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager/Financial Controller has arisen in a newly created role. 
 
The role
Reporting to the MD, and managing a small team this hands on role will responsible for the delivery of payroll, cash flow consolidation, statutory accounts, tax reporting (PAYG, GST and FBT) and budgeting and forecasting. You will be a key player in the management of the audit process and all internal and external reporting requirements. You will be expected to identify and lead a number of business process improvement projects. 

The candidate  
CA/CPA qualified you will be an experienced Fiannce Manager/Financial Controller that thrives in an environment requiring significant process improvement. You will have the ability to manage a small team and influence a range of Executives and shareholders. Working with a strong set of values you will have a positive attitude that views problems as learning opportunities rather than obstacles that cannot be overcome.

Whats on offer
- 3 month fixed term contract - likely view to permanency 
- $130,000 - $150,000 + Superannuation  
- Based in Melbourne's north 
- Start date within the next week
