About our client 
My client is a leading healthcare provider here in Melbourne and with a high profile presence in the market, they are seeking a technical strong Financial Controller to lead the set up of an accounting function from the ground up. This role will also manage the relationship with the 3rd party ERP implementation team  
 
The role
Reporting to the CFO, this hands on role will be responsible for the setup of a full scope finance function & ERP implementation. You will be expected to identify and lead a number of business process improvement projects also. 

The candidate  
CA/CPA qualified you will be an experienced and technically strong Financial Controller that ideally has healthcare sector experience, however this is not essential. You possess strong leadership and management experience and the ability to thrive in an environment requiring significant process improvement. Working with a strong set of values you will have a positive attitude that views problems as learning opportunities rather than obstacles that cannot be overcome.

Whats on offer
- 6 month contract / Part time (ideally 3-4 days per week) 
- Attractive hourly rate 
- Based in Melbourne's CBD fringe with flexibility to work remotely 
- Start date within the next two weeks
