About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will:
- Own monthly financial reporting, statutory compliance, and payroll
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis
- Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, controls, and reporting
- Establish and oversee enterprise risk management and internal audit frameworks
- Partner with leaders across the business to support performance and growth
- Proven experience in a senior financial or commercial leadership role
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic outcomes
- Experience improving ERP systems, processes, and controls
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- CA or CPA qualified (essential)
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- High integrity, sound judgement, and a hands-on mindset
