About the Role
This is a hands-on Financial Manager/ Controller role within a multi-site hospitality environment, initially focused on building structure, systems and financial discipline across the group.
Reporting to the CEO & CFO, you will play a key role in strengthening reporting, controls and commercial insight across the business. The role requires close partnership with operations and venue teams, with a strong emphasis on understanding performance at a site level.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the senior finance partner to the CEO and leadership team
- Build and embed financial systems, reporting structures and controls across the group
- Deliver accurate, timely and insightful monthly management reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management across multiple venues
- Provide commercial analysis to support decision-making and venue performance
- Partner closely with operations and venue managers to drive accountability and profitability
- Support business planning, growth initiatives and development opportunities
- Strengthen governance, compliance and financial discipline across the group
You are a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced and multi-site environments. You are equally comfortable building structure from the ground up as you are operating at a strategic level with senior stakeholders.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in a senior finance role (Financial Controller or Finance Manager level)
- Background in hospitality, retail, property or multi-site operations highly regarded
- Strong experience in management reporting, budgeting and financial control environments
- Hands-on, SME mindset with the ability to operate in detail-heavy environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capability
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CA preferred)
