Our client is a globally recognised healthcare organisation with a strong reputation for innovation and operational excellence. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an FP&A Analyst to join their high-performing finance team on an immediate start basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to join a collaborative environment where they can influence business decisions, support operational leaders and contribute to ongoing business performance initiatives.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the Financial Controller and wider leadership team, you will provide financial insights, planning support and analytical expertise across multiple business functions.
You will play a key role in helping the business understand performance drivers, identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making through meaningful financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities
• Develop financial models and perform scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Deliver monthly reporting packs, commentary and performance insights
• Analyse financial and operational results, identifying trends and opportunities
• Partner with key stakeholders across Operations and Supply Chain functions
• Monitor inventory performance and maintain related balance sheet reconciliations
• Produce dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility across the business
• Assist with business cases, investment analysis and commercial decision support
• Support month-end processes and ongoing performance reviews
• Contribute to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally possess:
• Previous experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, Financial Analysis or Management Accounting roles
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience
• Exposure to inventory, supply chain or operational finance environments
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at varying levels of the business
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical problem-solving skills
• CA or CPA qualification (completed or nearing completion)
• Advanced Excel capability
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle will be highly regarded
• Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools will be advantageous
