Reporting to the FP&A Manager, key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the FP&A Manager with budgeting, forecasting and high-volume operational reporting.
- Building financial models to better understand key business drivers and support strategic decision-making.
- Analysing unit costs, labour metrics and operational KPIs to identify the drivers behind financial performance and cost variances.
- Working closely with operational leaders to translate complex financial information into clear, practical insights that support better business decisions.
- Developing reporting that tells the story behind the numbers, highlighting trends, opportunities and operational risks.
- Reviewing existing reporting and forecasting processes to identify automation opportunities, streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of dashboards, reporting packs and finance processes.
Ideally you'll bring:
- CA/CPA qualification (or working towards).
- Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders.
