THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take ownership of the planning process across this e-commerce business and play a critical role in driving performance, commercial decision making and strategic planning.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across finance, operations and commercial functions while helping shape the future direction of the business through insightful analysis and robust financial modelling.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning process
• Own and maintain integrated financial models
• Deliver executive and Board reporting packs
• Analyse key business drivers, trends and performance metrics
• Partner with senior leaders to support decision making
• Evaluate commercial opportunities and investment proposals
• Support strategic projects and growth initiatives
• Develop financial business cases and scenario modelling
• Improve reporting processes and automate recurring analysis
• Drive continuous improvement across FP&A and reporting frameworks

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent qualification
• 8+ years' experience across FP&A, commercial finance or strategic finance
• Proven ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Experience presenting insights to senior leadership teams
• Listed company experience highly regarded
• E-commerce, retail, consumer or high-growth business experience advantageous
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker
• SQL, Python or automation capability viewed favourably
