  • Lead the assessment, selection, and implementation of enterprise technology platforms (ERP, EPM, treasury, payroll, and procurement systems)
  • Identify and execute process re-engineering opportunities across the finance function - accounts payable/receivable, FP&A, management reporting, and shared services
  • Drive digital and data transformation initiatives, including automation, AI-enabled reporting, and real-time financial analytics capability
  • Manage and develop a high-performing transformation team, including internal project leads and external advisory and implementation partners
  • Lead capital project financial governance frameworks appropriate for a heavy industry environment, including capex reporting, cost control, and project accounting uplift
  • Engage senior stakeholders across operations, technology, supply chain, and HR to align transformation priorities with business outcomes

About You

  • Demonstrated success leading ERP or enterprise systems implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar) in an operational or industrial setting
  • Strong understanding of HRIS platforms and the intersection of finance, workforce, and people data
  • Deep expertise in organisational change management — you know that technology is the easy part
  • Experience in heavy industry, construction, resources, infrastructure, manufacturing, utilities, or logistics is highly regarded
  • CA/CPA qualified; MBA or formal change management credentials (Prosci, APMG) advantageous
  • A natural influencer who can command credibility with the CFO, board, and operational leaders while rolling up your sleeves with project teams
  • Commercially sharp, operationally curious, and skilled at managing ambiguity in large, matrixed organisations
What's on Offer
  • Executive-level remuneration package commensurate with the seniority and complexity of the role
  • Direct reporting line to the CFO with genuine board-level visibility
  • A transformation mandate with real scope, budget, and organisational commitment behind it
  • The opportunity to leave a lasting legacy on a well-regarded organisation at an inflection point in its history
