The newly created General Manager myFord Finance reports to the Sales Director and will be responsible for building the brand from the ground up. A sole contributor, it is vital that you bring a deep understanding of motor vehicle finance with an OEM finance provider ideally, and a strong ability to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders. A people person you have a background in sales and marketing, and you understand the dealer network and automotive industry. A strategic and commercial role there is future scope to build a team around you and grow your remit and influence across the organisation. This is a genuine career role.
You will have responsibility, autonomy, and an opportunity to impact the future of this legendary business in Australia. There is a great level of excitement and energy within the organisation as the business continues to transform and innovate with design and new products. You will build campaigns, lead the development and implementation of new offerings for myFord Finance and manage all reporting, performance and governance associated with the brand. This is a real challenge and something to get your teeth stuck into.
