Unlike the application process for most management consultancy roles you will not be judged solely on academic results. We will be placing equal weight on the success in other areas of life and are looking for high achievers in leadership roles, sport, music, part time work etc. We are looking for examples where you have been passionate about something, have worked hard and achieved your goals or at have at least looked back knowing that despite not quite getting there, you worked as hard as you could. Because in this role, persistence, drive, team-work, determination, energy and enthusiasm are just as important as school and university marks in your success.  
  
You will be either nearing the end of your degree, a recent graduate or have 1-3 years work experience.
