The Opportunity
 
Reporting into the Director of the specialised division who has a wealth of experience in this industry, embark on a 9-month full time training & development program. The Graduate Recruiter will assist the team in all aspects of 360-degree recruitment including (yet not limited to);

• Candidate sourcing, screening and management
• Candidate interviewing 
• Training and career progression
• Create and advertise job adverts via a range of media/job boards (Seek.com, LinkedIn etc)
• Develop business using marketing techniques and networking
• Providing feedback - candidate and client interactions 
• Offer advice on salary

Our mid-year intake for the graduate program 2021, is based in our Melbourne CBD & South East Melbourne locations (remotely working on a roster system to meet Covid19 requirements). You will be heavily focused on building strong long-term relationships with customers, identifying the best talent in the market and working in a highly enthusiastic team based environment.

Who We Are Looking For
 
Sharp & Carter are seeking a graduate student, majoring in any of the following; Business, Commerce, Management, Human Resources, Business Information Systems, Marketing or similar.

You must be self-motivated, dynamic, driven and have a strong work ethic. You will have excellent communication skills and an interest in a career in recruitment.
