As a Group Consolidation and Reporting Analyst you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the financial consolidation and reporting processes. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to compile, analyse, and report on financial data, supporting our strategic decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidation: Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of financial statements for multiple subsidiaries and business units.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyse consolidated financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Data Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with finance teams and non financial stakeholders across the organisation to gather and verify financial information.
- System Improvement: Continuously improve consolidation and reporting processes, leveraging financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- CA / CPA / CIMA Qualified
- 4+ years Consolidation, reporting and FP&A experience
- Excellent communication to liaise with a broad audience
- Retail, e-comm, retail manufacturing background preferred
- SQL experience preferred
- Strong analytics skills interpreting data and providing recommendations
- Advanced leadership, coaching, mentoring and development skills
