Our client is a large organisation who are a household name and leader in their field. The role reports to the CFO and is responsible for driving the commercial finance and FP&A function. You will oversee commercial strategy, pricing, budgeting, forecasting, shareholder reporting and analysis, systems and projects.
The Responsibilities
Reporting to the CFO and partnering the CEO, you will lead the commercial and FP&A function and be responsible for a team of 4. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Develop and implement long term strategic planning
- Budgeting, forecasting and planning
- Monthly reporting & board analysis
- Lead strategy ideation and execution
- Pricing of current and new products
- Assess commercial growth opportunities
- Shareholder reporting and analysis
- Analysis of market trends
- Systems improvement
- Lead and mentor a team of 4
You will be an M&A, Strategy, TS and/or Big 4 Finance professional. You will have significant experience in commercial strategy and working with senior leadership teams and shareholders. You will have a track record of developing high performance teams and be passionate people leader.
