About the Role
This senior leadership role will head up the Finance Business Partnering function, driving commercial insight, financial discipline, and decision support across the group.
Reporting to the CFO, it will lead a high-performing business partnering team and play a key role in embedding financial thinking across strategic and operational decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Lead the Finance Business Partnering function across multiple business units
- Embed financial discipline into decision-making and elevate commercial influence across the group
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Deliver commercial insights, analysis, and reporting to support executive decisions
- Lead commercial negotiations and oversee key supplier and contract management
- Drive procurement strategy, cost optimisation, and governance across major spend areas
- Partner with senior leaders to influence strategy and performance
- Build and develop a high-performing business partnering team
- Support key group initiatives including investment cases, M&A, and transformation
- Significant experience leading Finance Business Partnering or FP&A teams in complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong experience in commercial contracts and supplier negotiations
- Background in high-growth or technology-led organisations preferred
- Strong financial modelling and commercial analysis capability
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making and strategy
- Experience building and developing high-performing teams
- Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity, rapid change, and evolving priorities
- Senior leadership role reporting directly to the CFO
