A high-growth, technology-led business is seeking a Head of Finance to play a key role in scaling operations and supporting continued expansion.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-moving, commercially focused environment. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, driving financial performance, improving reporting, and leading process and systems evolution.
The responsibilities
The main duties include:
- Own month-end, reporting, and financial control
- Deliver insightful management reporting and performance analysis
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
- Drive process improvement across systems and reporting frameworks
- Oversee audit, statutory reporting, and tax compliance
- Partner with leadership on commercial decision-making
- Lead and develop a small finance team
The successful applicant will have
- CA / CPA qualified
- Experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Head of Finance role
- Background in a high-growth, tech-enabled or subscription-based business
- Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on approach
- Proven ability to improve processes and operate in a dynamic environment
