With continued investment into brand, digital, retail and customer experience, the organisation is now seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the function and help shape the next chapter of growth.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will oversee the end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, digital, CRM, eCommerce marketing, social, content, PR, partnerships and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy aligned to business growth objectives
- Lead integrated campaigns across brand, digital, social, CRM, PR and partnerships
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value strategies across all channels
- Partner closely with eCommerce and retail teams to optimise trading performance and customer experience
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary marketing team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
- Oversee media, creative and agency relationships, ensuring strong ROI and brand alignment
- Utilise customer, campaign and trading data to drive insight-led decision making
- Continue evolving the brand positioning and storytelling across all customer touchpoints
- Work closely with senior leadership on business growth initiatives, expansion opportunities and strategic planning
- Proven senior marketing leadership experience within retail, fashion, lifestyle or consumer-led environments
- Strong understanding of both brand marketing and performance-driven digital strategy
- Experience leading integrated marketing functions across multiple channels
- Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, CRM and eCommerce marketing
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate insights into measurable growth outcomes
- Strong leadership capability with experience mentoring and developing teams
- Comfortable operating in agile, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environments
