You will be responsible for developing and managing the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of Information Technology to support and achieve the objectives of the organisation.
The Head of IT responsibilities span project management, business analysis, and application, database, and infrastructure management. The role requires you to be confident operating across all aspects of the Technology department and systems as well as being able to engage with the business and vendors effectively.
You will lead the Technology team, aligning effectively with the business needs.

- Experience with Level 1, 2 and 3 IT Support
- Experience in SQL server administration and operations (including reporting).
- ITIL knowledge and experience
- ERP system administration experience
- Cloud/WAN experience and knowledge
- Strong security knowledge (technical and procedural controls)
- Strong Standard Operating Environment (SOE) knowledge.
- Strong technical knowledge of Desktop hardware and software.
- Debugging and programming to solve software problems.
- Experience and technical ability to install and upgrade hardware and software.
- Tertiary qualification/s in, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Solutions Architecture. Or, relevant similar industry experience
- At least 10-15 years of technical IT experience. At least 5 years of general management experience or experience in all aspects of IT at a senior level.
