A rare & exciting opportunity for a House & Land Manager to run a divison and have real impact in the success of the business going forward.

The role:
The house and land manager will work closely with the Marketing manager and be responsible for; 

• The creation of House & Land packages 
• Develop & maintain the current house & land database
• Ensure timely distribution of H&L packages to sales team 
• Management of CRM system 

About you:

• Relevant expereince in a similar role within the residential space 
• High level relationship building & management skills 
• Ability to lead & drive business objectives 
• Relevant tertiary schooling
