The Position 
  
This Human Resources Advisor position will commence on a permanent basis, working closely and being supported by the HR Business Partner. proving unique one-on-one training and development. You will gain exposure to training and development in all areas of HR functions and the full scope of the employment lifecycle. This role will offer you development opportunities within the HR team that will support your career progression and offer longer-term progression into Senior HR Advisor and HR Business Partner opportunities as you grow with this company. This is an excellent opportunity for a current HR Officer or Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Improve, manage, and execute people related projects at all stages of the employment life cycle.
  • Support, develop and assist the broader business and sites with all generalist advisory queries relating to policies, procedures, performance management, disputes and resolutions, employment relations and talent management;
  • Participate in the design of HR service provisions and support core business units with their capability to respond to the needs of the community;
  • Develop relationships and work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure people and culture initiatives are aligned to business needs, and develop strategic alliances;
  • Other ad-hoc generalist HR duties as needed to support the broader People & Culture Team.
Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Management or related business discipline;
  • Demonstrated experience as a HR Coordinator or HR Advisor, with exposure to most facets of the employment lifecycle;
  • Team focused attitude whilst also maintaining the ability to work autonomously is essential in this environment as well as strong communication skills;
  • Ability to problem solve, develop, and refine processes to mitigate risks, ability to multitask to complete with differing demands of a busy environment;
  • A genuine passion and care for others as this organisation is focused on community care.
