We are looking to connect with experienced HR Advisors and HR Business Partners who are immediately available or open to hearing about new opportunities. Positions range from short-term contract assignments through to fixed-term and permanent roles, with responsibilities including:
- Providing end-to-end HR advisory support to leaders and employees
- Managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations
- Supporting organisational change, performance management and workforce planning initiatives
- Contributing to HR projects, policy development and process improvements
- Partnering with stakeholders to deliver practical people solutions
What We're Looking For
You will bring:
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role
- Strong Employee Relations knowledge and experience managing complex people matters
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and build strong relationships across the business
