Our client has is a WA business that has grown significantly with a newly integrated presence across QLD, NSW and WA. The People & Culture function is evolving alongside this growth, with a strong focus on building capability and supporting change.

This role is a key hire within that journey and will also act as a key stakeholder in WA and a 2IC locally, supporting the broader team and stakeholders across the region.
  
The Opportunity

This is a true generalist HR Business Partner role with a broad remit across both strategic partnering and hands-on delivery. The successful candidate will be trusted to operate autonomously, coach leaders, and become a genuine partner to the business. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, pace, and being close to the business.

  
Key responsibilities are expected to include:
  • Partnering with the WA leadership team across the full employee lifecycle including end-to-end recruitment across WA
  • Performance management, conduct matters and general employee relations support
  • Drafting PDs, contracts and employment documentation
  • Supporting visa and mobility matters including an international project
  • Delivering leadership, L&D and development initiatives in partnership with the OD function
  • Supporting change management and integration projects as the business transitions to a new strategic model
The Ideal Profile
  • Proven HR Business Partner or Senior Advisor experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence operating autonomously and taking ownership
  • Commercial mindset with a practical, solutions-focused approach
  • Strong interpersonal style – personable, engaging and able to build trust quickly
