This role is a key hire within that journey and will also act as a key stakeholder in WA and a 2IC locally, supporting the broader team and stakeholders across the region.
The Opportunity
This is a true generalist HR Business Partner role with a broad remit across both strategic partnering and hands-on delivery. The successful candidate will be trusted to operate autonomously, coach leaders, and become a genuine partner to the business. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, pace, and being close to the business.
Key responsibilities are expected to include:
- Partnering with the WA leadership team across the full employee lifecycle including end-to-end recruitment across WA
- Performance management, conduct matters and general employee relations support
- Drafting PDs, contracts and employment documentation
- Supporting visa and mobility matters including an international project
- Delivering leadership, L&D and development initiatives in partnership with the OD function
- Supporting change management and integration projects as the business transitions to a new strategic model
- Proven HR Business Partner or Senior Advisor experience in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence operating autonomously and taking ownership
- Commercial mindset with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Strong interpersonal style – personable, engaging and able to build trust quickly
