This role will suit a commercially minded and hands-on HR professional who enjoys partnering closely with operational leaders in fast-paced environments and is confident managing complex ER/IR matters, organisational change, and workforce integration activity.
With significant business growth and acquisition activity underway, this position will play a key role in supporting integration initiatives, workforce planning, leadership capability, and employee relations across geographically dispersed sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational leaders across farming and services divisions
- Provide expert advice across ER/IR, performance management, investigations, and employment compliance
- Support acquisition and integration activity, including implementation of integration plans
- Coach and influence leaders to drive people capability and performance outcomes
- Contribute to succession planning, talent development, and workforce capability initiatives
- Support change management and organisational transformation projects
- Build strong relationships across multiple sites and stakeholder groups
- Proven HR Business Partner experience within multi-site, operational, industrial, or blue-collar environments
- Strong ER/IR capability with confidence managing complex matters autonomously
- Experience supporting organisational change, acquisitions, or integration activity highly regarded
- Ability to build credibility quickly with operational stakeholders
- Practical, adaptable, and hands-on approach
- Comfortable travelling domestically to build relationships and support site leaders
