Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to deliver practical, commercially focused people solutions.
- Coach leaders on employment legislation, policies and best practice people management.
- Support organisational change, workforce planning and talent initiatives.
- Use workforce insights to identify opportunities to improve engagement, capability and performance.
- Collaborate with specialist People & Culture teams to deliver consistent and effective HR outcomes.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance, conduct, grievances and workplace investigations.
- Champion a positive, inclusive and psychologically safe workplace culture.
You are an experienced HR professional who enjoys building trusted relationships and influencing leaders to achieve strong business and people outcomes.
You'll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years' experience in a People & Culture Business Partner or senior HR generalist role.
- Experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Strong employee relations and Australian employment law knowledge.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and communication skills.
- Sound commercial judgement and a collaborative approach.
