 We’re partnering with a number of organisations across Melbourne who are navigating significant periods of change and transformation and are looking to bring on experienced HR Business Partners to support their businesses through this.

These are hands-on, commercially focused roles where you’ll partner closely with senior leaders in operational environments to drive people outcomes, manage complex workforce challenges and support large-scale change initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Partnering with senior leaders to provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice
  • Supporting organisational change initiatives including restructures, transformation programs and workforce planning
  • Managing complex employee relations matters, often within unionised environments
  • Coaching and developing leaders to build capability and improve performance
  • Working closely with broader P&C teams to embed frameworks, processes and ways of working
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience operating as a HR Business Partner in complex, operational environments
  • Strong employee relations capability, ideally within unionised or highly regulated settings
  • Experience supporting change and transformation initiatives
  • Ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and delivering outcomes quickly
