What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with senior leaders to provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice
- Supporting organisational change initiatives including restructures, transformation programs and workforce planning
- Managing complex employee relations matters, often within unionised environments
- Coaching and developing leaders to build capability and improve performance
- Working closely with broader P&C teams to embed frameworks, processes and ways of working
- Proven experience operating as a HR Business Partner in complex, operational environments
- Strong employee relations capability, ideally within unionised or highly regulated settings
- Experience supporting change and transformation initiatives
- Ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and delivering outcomes quickly
