You’ll lead a small, distributed team. This role requires someone who can bring alignment, clarity and direction across a geographically spread function.

- the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders where needed
- experience establishing performance frameworks and driving accountability
- a hands-on approach with a willingness to get into the detail
- experience leading and developing a team
