The Position 

Sharp & Carter are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Officer to support our client in coordinating end to end recruitment, day to day HR across the organisation and assist with employee payroll. This permanent fulltime position will report through to the General Manager and work closely with all internal departments and some external stakeholders.

  
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all end to end recruitment activities
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding 
  • Keep abreast of all award changes
  • Be the key HR contact for all employee queries
  • Assist with fortnightly payroll
  • Update and maintain employee payroll information
  • Be the main point of contact for all payroll related queries
  • Keep abreast of all award changes
  

Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience working within an HR team
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications within HR or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in payroll processing and administration
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skill with the capability to effectively manage competing priorities
