- Coordinate Council's trainee, apprentice, cadet and work experience programs.
- Build strong relationships with leaders, schools, universities, Registered Training Organisations and external providers.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
- Provide Human Resources advice and guidance to leaders and employees.
- Assist with workforce planning, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare Human Resources reports and maintain accurate employee records.
- Support policy development, continuous improvement and broader Human Resources projects.
- Qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline, or 2 years equivalent experience.
- Previous experience within a Human Resources, People & Culture or recruitment environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong working relationships.
- Experience working with trainees, apprentices or Registered Training Organisations will be highly regarded.
