This organisation operates within the resources and mining sector, supporting large‑scale operations across Western Australia. They are currently undergoing a key phase of HR system implementation, creating an immediate need for a HRIS Administrator to support system setup and optimisation.

Exciting immediate start opportunity to support a growing ASX-listed resources organisation during their Employment Hero implementation. 

This is a hands‑on role focused on leading the translation of existing People processes into effective HRIS workflows through structured process mapping and system optimisation. You will be responsible for ensuring day‑to‑day HR operations are effectively embedded into the new platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of a new HRIS platform (Employment Hero)
  • Configure and build system workflows aligned to existing HR processes
  • Translate established HR procedures into system functionality
  • Create and maintain key workflows including onboarding, changes and termination processes
  • Support day‑to‑day HR system administration and data integrity
  • Assist with documentation, training materials and system guidelines
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure system usability and adoption
  • Maintain accuracy and simplicity across system setup and usage
About You
  • Experience in HR administration, coordination or HRIS support roles
  • Exposure to Employment Hero implementations (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with systems and data
  • Able to interpret HR processes and translate them into system workflows
  • Comfortable working independently in a structured but evolving environment
