Our client is a market-leading organisation with a fantastic company culture. An opportunity as arisen for an experienced Payroll Professional to work in a stand-alone payroll position on a full-time, permanent basis.
Position Description
Reporting to the HR Manager, your duties will include the following:
- Manage the end to end payroll processing for approximately 400 employees
- Process staff movements including new starters, departures and other movements.
- Process bonuses and salary sacrifice requests, and checking to ensure payments have been made accurately
- Process superannuation and tax
- Approve all leave types (applying firms’ policies and processes)
- Complete payroll tax and single touch payroll reporting
- Answer staff payroll queries
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies
- Assist with HR tasks including the recruitment, onboarding, contract creation and onboarding of new staff.
- Experience with full-function payroll
- Experience with HR administration
- Micropay expeirence
- Kronos experience highly desirable
