This is a newly elevated leadership opportunity within a business experiencing major growth following the launch of a new product that is already seeing strong demand across the market.
You’ll own the coordination, delivery and performance of installations nationally, managing engineer schedules, customer expectations, project delivery and SLA adherence, whilst remaining hands-on and close to the operation.
This role suits someone who enjoys leading from the front, building strong relationships and creating structure within a fast-moving environment.
While regular travel across Australia is required, this is not a FIFO position. The business offers flexible working arrangements, including WFH options and a Perth office base.
What You’ll Own:
- Lead and coordinate a team of Installation Engineers nationally
- Own installation scheduling, engineer allocation and travel coordination
- Ensure all projects are delivered in line with SLA expectations
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Drive accountability, organisation and high service standards across the team
- Act as the key escalation point across installation delivery
- Support continuous improvement across processes and operational delivery
- Previous experience leading or supervising technical installation teams
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Someone organised, reliable and proactive
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on leader who can motivate teams and drive outcomes
- Strong work ethic and willingness to be available when needed
