About the Role 
This is a wonderful Marketing Manager opportunity for one of Australia's most loved food brand. It's a fully integrated Marketing Communications Manager opportunity where you will manage and oversee all media planning and execution of all brand-led paid media activities. You will own the media strategy and be the primary interface between the brand team, media agencies, and the in-house digital team too.

The Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the annual ANZ marketing and communications plan along with its budget
  • Oversee and assist with integrated marketing communications briefs, ensuring that they are well written with relevant objectives, budget, timings and KPI’s outlined clearly.
  • Work in conjunction with the brand team and in-house digital team, to ensure consistency in messaging and creative execution across shared projects.
  • Get your hands dirty with energy and enthusiasm as you will wear many hats when it comes to getting integrated communications out the door - you will solve brand and creative problems that arise with a positive and pro-active mindset
The successful person
You will have previous experience working in a similar role and understand the ANZ media landscape. You may come from agency or client side with experience across B2C Product, FMCG, Food or any big brand with big marketing budgets!

In addition, you will have  a deep understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and strong digital expertise (advertising, social in particular), a solid understanding of PR, eCom and shopper marketing, as well as SEO, SEM, website, CRM and Google Analytics, a keen eye for detail and a strong bias for action.
