The Position                                                                                                 
Provide A1 service to customers and support the external sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with price, product availability & technical queries
• Prepare quotes and proposals in a timely manner
• Follow up on delivery dates that can not be supplied at time of order
• Support the external sales team
• Cross sell products where applicable
• Mail product brochures & other promotional information
• Outbound calls to support promotional activity

  
The Candidate

• Experience within a similar Internal Sales Rep role
• Have high attention to detail
• Be self motivated and have excellent follow up skills
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills
• Experience with the system SAP is preferred
• Proven experience dealing with an electrical product and/or have experience in an industrial wholesale environment
• Intermediate Microsoft office skills 
• The ability to build rapport with stakeholders at various levels
