- 9 months - 2 years experience working on an IT Service Desk
- Capability of working both face to face and remotely
- Confident using ticketing systems (ideally ServiceNow)
- MSP experience highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills as well as written and verbal communications
- ITIL v4 Foundation understanding.
- Microsoft: Server, SQL & AD experience
- Virtualisation: VMWare and Hyper-V
- Firewall & Cyber Sec: Cyberoam, Cisco, Juniper and Sophos
- RMM: Kaseya and SolarWinds
- Email & Messaging: Exchange, Gmail, Teams and O365
- Cloud: O365, SharePoint, AWS and Azure
- Remote Desktop: Terminal Server and Citrix
- Bachelor of IT or similar tertiary degree.
- 7 am to 3 pm
- 9 am to 5 pm
- 10:30 am to 7 pm.
