We have multiple opportunities across all levels.

These roles will provide premium technical assistance and support for a wide range of IT customers. You will be part of a team that is responsible for escalated service desk tickets, delivery of any low touch mini-projects, and acting as a resource to projects under the guidance of the Project Manager.

Experience required:
  • Proven experience in IT / MSP environment
  • ITIL v4 Foundation experience / understanding
  • Cloud: O365, Azure, AWS, SharePoint (Demonstrated Experience)
  • Virtualisation: VMWare, Hyper V
  • Networking: Cisco / Meraki, Aruba
  • Microsoft: Server, SQL, Active Directory
Desirable:
  • Remote Desktop: Terminal Server, Citrix
  • Firewall & Security: Cyberoam, Cisco, Sophos, Juniper
  • Messaging: Exchange, Google Mail, O365, Teams
