These roles will provide premium technical assistance and support for a wide range of IT customers. You will be part of a team that is responsible for escalated service desk tickets, delivery of any low touch mini-projects, and acting as a resource to projects under the guidance of the Project Manager.
Experience required:
- Proven experience in IT / MSP environment
- ITIL v4 Foundation experience / understanding
- Cloud: O365, Azure, AWS, SharePoint (Demonstrated Experience)
- Virtualisation: VMWare, Hyper V
- Networking: Cisco / Meraki, Aruba
- Microsoft: Server, SQL, Active Directory
- Remote Desktop: Terminal Server, Citrix
- Firewall & Security: Cyberoam, Cisco, Sophos, Juniper
- Messaging: Exchange, Google Mail, O365, Teams
- Work with an experienced team that loves working together
