Key responsibilities include:
- Analyse customer and product profitability to identify margin improvement opportunities
- Maintain and update pricing models to support revenue and margin growth
- Monitor slow-moving inventory (SLOB) and drive actions to improve stock efficiency
- Analyse freight and logistics costs, identifying areas impacting profitability
- Support monthly variance analysis (budget vs actuals), providing insights on performance
- Assist with preparation of monthly management reporting packs
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data from ERP systems
- Provide ad-hoc commercial analysis and modelling to support business decisions
- 3 years’ experience,
- Completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related degree
- Strong analytical mindset with a genuine interest in commercial finance
- Advanced Excel skills and excellent computer capability
- Confident communicator, able to present insights clearly to stakeholders
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
