About the Role
You'll join an established FP&A function supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the business. It's a hands-on, high-exposure role for someone early in their finance career who wants to learn from experienced analysts while working on real, operationally complex numbers.
A day in the life:
- Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Assisting with month-end close and consolidations
- Building variance analysis with commentary for business leaders
- Maintaining recurring reports and KPI trackers
- Helping prepare materials for leadership and management reporting
- Partnering with stakeholders across divisions to gather inputs and respond to requests
- Running ad hoc analysis (cost trends, headcount planning)
- Contributing ideas to improve reporting processes as the business scales
- Get involved in AI initiatives across the function
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 0–2 years' experience in finance, management accounting, or an analytical role
- Strong Excel skills (pivots, lookups, basic modeling)
- Sharp attention to detail and comfort with recurring deadlines
- Good communicator, confident working with non-finance stakeholders
- Genuine interest in building a long term career in a global business
- SAP or similar ERP exposure
- Basic SQL or BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau)
