Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering learning initiatives across leadership, onboarding, compliance, professional development, and organisational capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, and deliver engaging learning and development initiatives across the business
- Partner with leaders to identify capability needs and develop targeted learning solutions
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Review and enhance existing learning frameworks, programs, and processes
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and development programs
- Manage learning systems, training records, and reporting requirements
- Contribute to broader organisational development and culture initiatives
- Demonstrated experience within Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or broader People & Culture roles
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability
- Experience designing and facilitating learning programs within complex or fast-paced environments
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
