This is a hands-on, standalone role initially, ideal for an experienced L&D professional who enjoys building practical learning solutions, balancing digital capability with face-to-face delivery, and partnering closely with the business.

About the Role As the Learning & Development Partner, you will:
- Own end-to-end learning across retail and corporate teams
- Design and deliver learning across:
- Product knowledge and sales capability
- Safety, compliance and mandatory training
- Build, update and maintain eLearning modules, using Articulate 360
- Manage and optimise the World Manager LMS, including content, reporting and user experience
- Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into practical learning solutions
- Deliver face-to-face facilitation where required, alongside digital learning
- Act as a trusted partner to the business, with scope to shape the future direction of L&D
- Proven experience in a hands-on Learning & Development role
- Experience across retail, multi-site or customer-facing environments (highly regarded)
- Strong capability in eLearning design, including Articulate 360
- Experience managing or administering an LMS (World Manager experience highly regarded)
- Confidence operating autonomously and owning the L&D space
- Strong stakeholder partnering skills
- Facilitation experience (highly regarded)
