Our client is looking for an energetic accounts support officer who has accounts payable and receivable experience, strong communication skills, is a team player and looking for a supportive team to work within. This is a permanent position and the office is located in Western Sydney (parking on-site).
Working within the shared service team, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices
- Supplier and customer account reconciliations
- Raising progress claims daily
- Issuing invoices
- Issuing receipts to customers
- Fleet administration tasks
- Updating and maintaining customer accounts in the database
- Handling customer queries
- Other finance tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in an accounts payable and/or receivable role
- A positive attitude and be a keen learner
- Friendly attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Be able to work well within a team
- Immediate satrt
