• Provide support to various distributors in the APAC region, and Australian domestic operation.
• Handle the processing of export sales orders with accuracy and timeliness, and follow-up with freight forwarders.
• Facilitate scheduling and booking of FCL and small package shipments.
• Be responsible for managing all export and import documents and flows.
• Liaise with Regional Sales Director and international supply teams ensuring stock allocations and critical delivery windows are met
• Provide overflow support to domestic sales operation, as required. Key stakeholders include sales co-ordinator, field sales team and dealers.
• Ensure the availability of sales-related collateral or promotional materials for export APAC customers.
• Monitor company sales performance, identify shortfalls and recommend actions

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a logistics co-ordinator or in another commercial administrative position will be considered a plus.
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Demonstrated numerical and analytical skills
• Well-organised and responsible, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team player with high degree of dedication
