We're looking for a high-performing Loadout (Logistics) Manager to lead and optimise export logistics and cold store operations within one of Queensland's major beef processing facilities. This is a critical operational role with full ownership of loadout execution, export coordination, and team performance - connecting plant output to global customers every single day.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Planning and executing export logistics end-to-end
- Managing cold store operations and loadout performance
- Stock allocation, order pipeline visibility, and inventory control
- Ensuring zero-error export documentation and full regulatory compliance
- Driving OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery to global customers
- Leading and developing a high-performing loadout and cold store team
- Optimising container utilisation, load efficiency, and stock flow
- Identifying and executing process improvements and cost efficiencies
- Cross-functional coordination with Production, QA, Sales, and Transport
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven background in logistics, export, or cold chain operations
- Experience in meat processing, FMCG, or food manufacturing (preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of export documentation and compliance - ERP/systems capability with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve operational bottlenecks
