The Opportunity
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll support financial operations across a large-scale, operationally focused business. This role offers a strong mix of financial and management accounting, with exposure to reporting, reconciliations, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with weekly and month-end reporting, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments, and support general ledger integrity
- Conduct variance analysis against budget and provide insights to support decision-making
- Support intercompany transactions and cost allocations
- Assist with inventory accounting and reconciliations
- Partner with operational teams to support financial processes
- Contribute to system and process improvements
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards
- 2-5 years' experience in accounting (financial or management accounting background)
- Strong Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems (SAP highly regarded)
- High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
- Proactive, eager to learn, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
